I’m ready to eat some roasted chestnuts by the fire…but it looks like I need to crack those hard-shelled snacks first. I could use a no-frills, practical nutcracker, or I could hand over the task to someone more apt at the job than I—like Hillary Clinton (Hillary Clinton Nutcracker shown above retails for $18). But then again, here’s a whole slew of crackin’ characters I could choose from—including Elvis, Spok, Stewie, and even the Pope. See for yourself!

Which nutcracker do you think is the nuttiest? Tell us!

I can think of a few people who’d jump at the chance to have Comet cover the can…and I’d be willing to bet you do, too. You know, like the fab gal who devotes an entire closet to holiday décor (not including her 12-piece Spode Christmas China set); puts Rudolf door handle covers on all the doors in the house…even though they make it impossible to actually open doors; and doesn’t think you can have too many blinking battery-powered holiday pins. Yep, she’d definitely be all over this Reindeer Toilet Seat Cover and Antlers Set ($15).

Mom, this one’s for you.

The new movie, New Moon, is coming out tonight (holla!), and to celebrate its release I thought it would be fun to showcase a slideshow of Twilight-themed home décor…okay, actually Edward Cullen-themed items. Although the sexy brooding vamp doesn’t have as much of a role in the upcoming flick as his warewolf frenemy, Jacob Black, I couldn’t help but share with you everywhere he shows up—from pillowcases to wall decals and shower curtains. Go ahead and ogle see for yourself!

Are you seeing New Moon tonight or this weekend? Tell us!

Among my bevy of uber-talented friends is a model, dancer, actress, and even a figure skater. Sure I could sulk and let jealousy get the best of me or I could show my love and adoration for my gifted gal pals by gifting them something along the lines of this pink plastic molded Tadaaaa! Curtains Photo Frame ($13) from Plasticland, added by Kaboodlers loulou1111, sacconway, and lexyzmom914. This way, I can praise and encourage them to show off their stuff (not that they need any encouragement from me).

What kind of talents do you and your friends have? Share with us!

Pair a luxury brand with a helluva bargain and you've got yourself some exciting online shoppers ready to pounce...like moi. I'm prepared to plunder Horchow's biggest Ralph Lauren home sale of the season (which includes the aforementioned towels above for $9.99 and RL sheets for as little as $12.99). If you're in the market for such linens, I suggest you do the same!
